Our lamb is bred & raised on farm; the sheep are 1st cross ewes joined to poll Dorset rams, which provide the perfect lamb. The ewes and lambs are pasture grazed in the paddock and are supplemented natural silage when required.
The lambs average carcass weight is 22kg (fat score 2-3), each carcass is chilled in our cool room for 5- 7days prior to cutting and packaging, which relaxes the muscles and makes the lamb even more tender.
All cutting & packaging is done in our licensed on-farm processing facility, which guarantees quality and you get exactly what you order. The lambs are relaxed and happy which ensures their meat is relaxed, tender and fresh. Please refer to packages page for our lamb packages.
